GPW Registration Information GPW Registration Information Early Registration – Early registration is traditionally held every year in March. It is normally held on Saturday at FMS from 9AM until 12PM. Early registration allows the organization to get an early start on the up coming season and also gives us a process to handle “first come first serve” registration. In the event a program level fills up a wait list is created using the registration number handed out at early registration.
To register for Guilderland Pop Warner you will need the following: 1. A copy of your child’s birth certificate (an official raised seal copy will be needed for any post season competitions). 2. A recent wallet size picture of the head and shoulders ( a school picture works great). 3. A signed physician’s statement. The form is available on-line. This does not require a physical however your doctor may require one prior to signing. 4. A copy of the June report card. (Preschool and kindergarten excluded). 5. Completed registration form. 6. Your registration fee. Registration fees are as follows:
The fundraising consists of selling 5 raffle tickets per child. Your registration fee includes the cost of (5) $5 tickets and no additional monies are due GPW. The raffle ticket proceeds are yours to keep, but the stubs must be turned in. All fees shall be paid in full at the time of registration. Drawing will be on our Family Fun Night in August .
If more than one child from the same family registers subtract $10 from each player for a sibling discount. Pop Warner is a first come first serve organization. No children will be given preference treatment under any circumstance. Waiting lists will be established based on the date and time of a paid in full registration. GPW is an all-volunteer program and all families will be expected to assist in duties through out the year.
